How a claim runs

Our claims process, step by step

Each step is time-stamped in our claims system, so the insurer, broker and client always know where the claim stands.

1. Claim accepted

We accept new claims within 2 business hours of receiving them.

2. Client contacted

We contact the insured within 4 business hours to confirm details and access.

3. Appointment booked

The visit is booked within 24 hours and takes place within 48 business hours.

4. Assessment on site

Our technician inspects, photographs and records the cause and extent of the damage.

5. Report and quote

The damage report and quote reach the insurer within 48 hours of the visit, after an internal quality check.

6. Authorisation

We follow up every 24 hours until the insurer authorises the work and the excess is settled.

7. Repair

Repairs are scheduled once authorised, with progress photos at every stage.

8. Clearance and invoice

The client signs a clearance certificate on completion, and we submit the certificate and invoice together.

Our protocols

Claims management protocols

Service levels

Clear response times for acceptance, contact, booking, reporting and repair, tracked on every claim.

Evidence first

Every report is backed by dated photos and videos, with the cause of damage and repair-versus-replace advice.

Quality control

Each report and quote is checked by our office before it is sent to the insurer.

Fair quoting

Line-item quotes at fair market rates, so the insurer only pays for what the claim needs.

Communication

The insured, broker and insurer are updated at every status change, with notes shared through the insurer portal where available.

Privacy

Client information is used only for the claim and is never shared outside the claim.
